You can purchase more Pay As You Go credits anytime, or upgrade to the Monthly Plan for better value (50 checks per month for just $2.99).

Our AI applies three federal sources: IRS Publication 502 (2025), CARES Act 2020 §3702 (which removed the prescription requirement for OTC drugs and added menstrual care products), and IRS Announcement 2021-7 (which covers COVID-19 PPE). Each result includes the specific source that supports the determination, plus a confidence score. We recommend confirming with your FSA/HSA administrator for final determination.
